Official contest rules
1. No purchase necessary. Void where, restricted, or otherwise prohibited by law.
2. Official Contest Period: October 19, 2009 5PM EST (Contest Start Date)
to December 15, 2009 at 5PM EST. (Contest Close Date)
3. To enter contest: go to the website http://www.nonamegourmet.com and fill out the newsletter subscription form. All new newsletter list members as of the close of the contest are automatically entered in the contest. Only one automatic entry per list member.
Refer a friend: For every list member that refers a friend who puts their name and email address in the “Referred by” box on the sign-up form, the referring email address will receive one extra entry into the contest as long as both members are active subscribers to the list.

4. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible entries. Drawing will be held on or about December 30, 2009. The winner will receive one (1) Private Dinner Party for 4 People valued at $450.00 the odds of winning depend on the number of list members at time of drawing.
5. Winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the email, or fails to comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification within that time period, nonamegourmet.com reserves the right to choose an alternate winner from the pool of remaining eligible entries. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered.
6. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at sponsor's website, nonamegourmet.com, or elsewhere, will not be eligible and sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems related to online entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this contest in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of early termination, the winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.
7. Income and other taxes, if any, on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. No substitution of prize, except by sponsor in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be substituted. Prize is not transferable.
9. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the contest or the web site or who violates these official rules. Caution: any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification of such entrant. Should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
